Mission
Hotel groups of three to fifteen properties operate at a scale where individual-property tooling stops fitting and enterprise-chain tooling costs more than the whole portfolio earns. Their booking-engine and channel-management platform — Profitroom Suite, in the market we serve — is more than capable, but the governance layer around it for a multi-entity group is thin. Global vendors chase either single independents or Marriott-scale accounts. We sit deliberately in the middle. Our mission is to give a Polish or Central European hotel group on Profitroom Suite the same control, compliance and reporting surface a corporate chain runs, without adopting a corporate chain's stack.
How we got here
Suite Profit was founded in Warsaw in March 2020 by Klaudia Nowak, Marek Zieliński and Aleksandra Kwiatkowska. Klaudia spent eleven years at Orbis running key-account sales for the CEE region; Marek came out of D-EDGE's Warsaw engineering hub after seven years on the distribution platform; Aleksandra was Group Compliance Manager at a mid-scale Polish hospitality group. The three of them had watched hotel groups repeatedly cobble together spreadsheets, shared logins and manual reconciliations because no vendor built the portfolio-tier layer on top of Profitroom.
The first module we shipped was the Group Rate Governance product, in November 2020. Portfolio Analytics followed in 2021. Corporate SSO Hub — the module our largest customers now consider baseline — went to production in 2022. We closed Series A of €8M in 2024 to fund the ISO 27001 audit track and a dedicated onboarding function for chains. As of Q3 2026 we run 12 modules and 61 published version releases on the changelog.
The team
We are ~35 people. Warsaw remains the centre of gravity — engineering, compliance and the senior account team all sit at Nowogrodzka 42. Onboarding is distributed across Warszawa, Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław and Poznań so a group with regional portfolios always has a Suite Profit hand within driving distance. Team makeup: 14 engineers, 5 enterprise account managers, 4 onboarding managers, 2 SREs, 2 designers, a compliance manager, a data platform lead, a head of customer success, a controller, and the three founders.

Ex D-EDGE Warsaw distribution platform (2013–2020). Runs product, engineering, SRE and the Series A tech roadmap. Warsaw-based.

Ex Group Compliance Manager at a Polish hospitality group. Runs operations, procurement, ISO 27001 track and legal. Named Data Protection Officer.
Jakub Kowalczyk — Head of Customer Success (Chains)
Ex Corporate Director of Operations at a five-property Kraków group. Owns quarterly business reviews with every group in the portfolio.
Values
- Independent by design. Profitroom Suite remains the customer's system of record. We extend, we do not replace, and we say so on every comparison page.
- Portfolio-first. Every module is built for a group of properties before it is built for one, so rollouts scale on day one rather than on year two.
- Compliance-first. ISO 27001 audit in 2026, SOC 2 Type II in progress, GDPR under a named DPO. Procurement teams see the paperwork before the first scoping call lands.
- Signed pilot programme. No self-serve for enterprise accounts. Every group runs a scoped, signed pilot with a dedicated account manager and a delivery plan.
- Data in the EU. AWS Frankfurt primary, Warsaw datacentre standby, no US replicas, no US sub-processors on personal data.
Board and advisors
Our Series A is led by a European hospitality-tech fund; the board seats they hold are alongside the three founders. Independent advisors include a former COO of a listed Central European hotel chain, a former Director of Distribution Technology at a European resort group, and a Warsaw-based securities lawyer covering our KRS filings.
