2026-07-22 — Platform 1.14 · Rate suggestion diffs
Every rate.suggested event now includes a diff field showing which specific rule fired the suggestion (e.g. pace_ahead_15pct) and the numeric inputs (current pace, baseline pace, remaining inventory). This makes revenue-manager approval workflows one click faster — no more "why did it suggest this?" round-trips. Backward compatible; the field is additive.
2026-07-15 — VAT Automation 2.4 · KSeF-ready beta
The VAT Invoice Automation module now generates FA(2)-schema-compliant XML and submits directly to KSeF's test environment. Beta customers can flip the KSeF flag on any property. Production KSeF submission goes GA on 1 August 2026 to match the Ministerstwo Finansów mandate for all Polish VAT payers.
2026-07-08 — WhatsApp Concierge 1.9 · Template library refresh
Refreshed the shipped WhatsApp template library — 12 approved Meta utility templates covering pre-arrival, room-ready, post-checkout, and three new templates for group bookings, extended-stay guests, and airport-transfer confirmation. All 12 have been Meta-approved as of 2026-07-01.
2026-06-24 — Analytics Dashboard 3.0 · Channel-mix rewrite
Major release. The channel-mix report is rewritten with a corrected referrer-attribution model, so paid-social traffic landing on the direct booking engine is no longer bucketed as "direct." This was the single biggest gap in our previous Analytics module and the write-up on the Kazimierz Boutique Resort case study triggered the rewrite. Existing dashboards keep working; the new attribution is opt-in until 2026-08-30, then flips default.
2026-06-02 — Multi-property Rate Sync 1.0 GA
Multi-property Rate Sync moves from beta to GA after nine months of production use across 22 multi-property estates. Full support for primary/secondary replication with per-property derived-rate offsets (e.g. Sopot at +6% over Gdańsk). New: per-restriction offsets (min-stay, closed-to-arrival), not just BAR.
2026-05-14 — Platform 1.11 · Cursor pagination on all list endpoints
Every list endpoint on /v1 now supports cursor-based pagination via limit + cursor. Offset pagination remains available for 12 months and is deprecated as of this release. New integrations should use cursors.
2026-04-20 — Autopricer 4.2 · Rule-set testing sandbox
You can now dry-run any Autopricer rule set against the last 90 days of your property's data — the sandbox shows exactly which suggestions would have been generated and what their aggregate revenue impact would have been. Useful for tuning bounds before deploying a new rule to production. Dashboard-only, no API surface yet.
2026-03-11 — Reviews Aggregator 2.1 · Google Business Profile reply publishing
Reviews Aggregator can now publish reply text back to Google Business Profile directly, in addition to the previous Booking.com and Profitroom Reviews targets. Requires the hotel to grant the Suite Profit app the manage-reviews scope on their Google Business Profile.
2026-02-05 — Platform 1.09 · Idempotency-Key on all write endpoints
Every POST/PATCH/DELETE now accepts Idempotency-Key and stores the response for 48 hours. Retrying a network-interrupted write with the same key returns the original result; retrying with a different body against the same key returns HTTP 409 with error code RP-1009.
2026-01-14 — VAT Automation 2.0 · Corrective invoices (faktura korygująca)
The VAT module can now issue corrective invoices (faktura korygująca) automatically when a reservation is modified after invoicing — reservation cancelled, room-nights changed, rate adjusted. Correction reason is populated from the reservation-change reason in Profitroom.
