Corporate SSO Hub reaches general availability with fully-signed SAML 2.0 assertions, SCIM 2.0 provisioning across Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, Google Workspace and JumpCloud, and a group-scoped attribute mapper. Every hotel in a portfolio now inherits identity from a single IdP with role bindings resolved per property. Backwards compatible with the 1.x SSO connector via the migration switch until 2027-07.
2026-07-09 — Platform 1.18 · Portfolio-scoped audit log
Every write action across the group now emits a signed audit record with property, entity, user, IdP session, IP and change diff. Streamable to Splunk, Datadog and Microsoft Sentinel over HEC-compatible endpoints. Retention is configurable per portfolio and defaults to 400 days.
2026-06-27 — Group Analytics 3.0 · Warehouse GA (Snowflake + BigQuery)
Group Analytics moves from beta to GA with a fully materialised Snowflake and BigQuery target. Portfolio semantic layer curated for PowerBI, Tableau, Looker and Google Sheets connectors. New: cross-property allocation of shared cost centres, so a district manager reading RevPAR on portfolio dashboards sees the true blended contribution.
2026-05-30 — Portfolio Reputation Console 1.4 · Signed reply publishing
The Portfolio Reputation Console can now publish reviewer replies from a district manager back to Google Business Profile, Booking.com and TripAdvisor with an audit signature. Bulk workflows across all properties in the portfolio, with per-property escalation matrix and reply-owner delegation.
2026-04-22 — Multi-property Rate Governance 2.1 · Group override precedence
Group Rate Governance introduces four-level precedence — portfolio → region → property → override — with per-level publish approvals routed to the district manager. Every override carries a written reason field and a scheduled revert date. Ships with a rate-strategy playbook for district revenue managers.
2026-03-18 — Platform 1.15 · Cursor pagination on all portfolio endpoints
Every list endpoint on /v1 now supports cursor-based pagination via limit + cursor across portfolio, property, module and audit resources. Offset pagination remains available for 12 months and is deprecated as of this release. New integrations should use cursors.
2026-02-13 — VAT Automation 3.0 · KSeF mandatory-mode GA
The VAT Invoice Automation module goes GA on KSeF mandatory mode across every hotel entity in a portfolio, with per-NIP submission tracking and per-entity correction workflow (faktura korygująca). Certified for the Ministerstwo Finansów schema in force from 1 August 2026.
2026-01-28 — Platform 1.12 · Idempotency-Key on all write endpoints
Every POST / PATCH / DELETE now accepts Idempotency-Key and stores the response for 48 hours. Retrying a network-interrupted write with the same key returns the original result; retrying with a different body against the same key returns HTTP 409 with error code SP-1009. Signed and available for procurement integration replay.

New module: a role-scoped console for district and cluster managers overseeing multiple properties. Ties into Group Analytics, Portfolio Reputation Console and the escalation matrix. Ships with the QBR export pack that our Head of Customer Success runs against every quarterly business review.

First-class read connectors for PowerBI, Tableau and Looker released against the portfolio semantic layer. Every dimension and measure carries a written definition so finance and revenue reports across a group reconcile without a spreadsheet round-trip.
