Purpose-built enhancements for Profitroom Suite

Enterprise operations suite for hotel groups running Profitroom — from €39/month per property

Suite Profit is an independent extensions platform for boutique chains and hotel groups whose portfolio already runs on Profitroom Suite. Every module governs rates, guests and operations at the portfolio level through the official Profitroom API. We do not replace Profitroom — we give the corporate office a control surface it can actually operate. Pilot scope is agreed with a Suite Profit account manager and invoiced as a signed order form.

Why hotel groups engage Suite Profit

Four commitments the head of IT and the COO will read before signing

A group revenue office, a group operations office, a corporate IT department and a portfolio CFO each need a specific answer. Suite Profit is engineered around those four constituencies.

§

Enterprise SLA

Ninety-nine point nine per cent availability, credit-backed, with a named account manager and a signed incident-response commitment. Uptime metrics published monthly in your operator console.

Multi-property native

Group decisions are first-class. Every module is authored once at portfolio level and inherited by each Profitroom property, with per-brand overrides and full audit trail — never per-property duplication.

Single sign-on across the stack

SAML 2.0 and OIDC federation with Okta, Azure Active Directory and Google Workspace. SCIM provisioning, MFA policy inherited from the corporate directory, real-time audit stream to Splunk and Sentinel.

Dedicated onboarding manager

A Suite Profit senior operator drives the pilot property, migrates the second property, and hands off to your corporate change team once the group rollout playbook is signed and rehearsed.

Pilot programme

Four stages from kickoff to group-wide rollout

Suite Profit is not a self-serve subscription. Every engagement runs through a structured pilot, with a signed rollout plan on completion.

Kickoff and scoping

A joint working session with your revenue office, operations office and head of IT. Suite Profit publishes a scoping memo covering entities, brands, properties, modules and the target rollout curve.

Data migration on pilot property

Historic reservation data, rate history, guest profiles and channel P&L are read from one nominated Profitroom property, validated by the group revenue office, and used to calibrate every module.

Pilot property live

The pilot property runs Suite Profit modules under a documented change-management protocol. Sixty days of measurement against the pre-agreed KPI dashboard — labour hours saved, NPS lift, net ADR, direct-channel share.

Group rollout playbook

Suite Profit and your change team co-sign a rollout cadence, one property at a time, with the operator console tracking each go-live milestone and the corporate audit committee informed at each gate.

Three hotel groups running Suite Profit modules on Profitroom Suite

"Our revenue office authored a single decision matrix for the five Kraków city-centre properties and stopped negotiating price grids over WhatsApp. Net ADR is up seven point four per cent across the group, and the corporate audit committee finally has an audit trail it can read."

MZ

Michał Zawadzki

Group Director of Revenue, Zamkowa Collection Group (5 properties, Kraków)

"The Operations Suite gave us one head of housekeeping for seven Trójmiasto properties instead of seven independent teams. We recovered roughly nine hundred labour hours a month and the NPS moved up eleven points on the leisure segment."

KB

Katarzyna Bąk

Chief Operating Officer, Bałtyk Premier Chain (7 properties, Trójmiasto)

"The Corporate Identity Hub was the reason our head of IT approved the rollout. Every Suite Profit module now sits behind Okta with SCIM provisioning and real-time audit stream — we no longer maintain three parallel identity models across the estate."

Paweł Lis

Group CIO, Karpaty Retreats Group (3 properties, Zakopane)

Frequently asked at kickoff

Five questions the head of IT will raise in the first meeting

Do we need to leave Profitroom Suite to adopt Suite Profit?
No. Every Suite Profit module is a thin, audited layer on top of your existing Profitroom Suite account and connects through the official Profitroom API. The central PMS, the channel manager, the guest communications inbox and the reservations database remain in Profitroom. Suite Profit publishes group decisions into those Profitroom modules and reads group signals back out.
How does Suite Profit federate with our corporate identity provider?
The Corporate Identity & SSO Hub federates every Suite Profit module against Okta, Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, JumpCloud or any SAML 2.0 or OIDC-compliant identity provider, with SCIM provisioning from your corporate directory. MFA policy is inherited from the identity provider — Suite Profit does not maintain a parallel MFA rulebook.
What is a Suite Profit pilot and how long does it run?
A pilot runs on one nominated Profitroom property for sixty days, under a signed scoping memo. Historic reservation data is validated in the first two weeks, the modules go live under a documented change-management protocol, and the group rollout playbook is signed at day sixty. Approximately eighty per cent of pilots convert to a portfolio-wide rollout at conversion.
How is billing handled at group level?
The order form is issued to the parent Sp. z o.o. or the corporate holding entity, and Suite Profit invoices monthly in EUR by bank transfer, with an itemised split by property and by module. Multi-entity groups may request per-entity invoicing at no additional cost — the Group Fiscal Automation module handles the fiscal identity segregation automatically.
Is Suite Profit affiliated with Profitroom sp. z o.o.?
No. Suite Profit Sp. z o.o. is an independent Polish enterprise software company registered in Warszawa (KRS 0001102845). We build third-party enterprise extensions for hotel groups running Profitroom Suite. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller of Profitroom sp. z o.o..
