Multi-Brand Booking Widget for Profitroom Suite

What this module governs

The Multi-Brand Booking Widget is a corporate-configured reservation surface engineered for hotel groups where each property carries its own brand, but the group needs one governance model. Rates, availability, restrictions, cancellation policies and package rules are read from every property in your Profitroom Suite account through the official Profitroom API — no double data-entry, no per-property widget script to maintain. Central marketing configures the widget once — typography scale, brand palette, imagery, upsell logic, promo-code hierarchy — and each brand renders with its own identity while sharing the same conversion logic and analytics schema. A 46 KB bundle, drops into each brand website with one script tag pointed at a property key. Corporate marketing sees conversion by brand, by property, by device, by campaign, in a single view that the head of e-commerce can defend at the board meeting. Runs in parallel with Profitroom Booking Engine — recommended for portfolios of three or more properties on distinct brands.

Multi-property considerations

Portfolio scoping

Your account manager and revenue office agree entities, brands, properties and the target rollout curve. The scoping memo goes to the corporate audit committee for information.

Pilot property

One nominated Profitroom Suite property runs the module under a documented change-management protocol. Historic data is validated with the property revenue team before publishing group decisions.

Portfolio inheritance

Group decisions authored during pilot are inherited by every property added to scope, with per-brand overrides preserved. The audit trail records who authored, who approved, and when.

Group rollout

One property per fortnight is the typical cadence. The operator console tracks each go-live milestone. Your named account manager stays engaged through the last property.
