Group Analytics & BI Connector for Profitroom Suite

What this module governs

The Group Analytics & BI Connector reads booking-level, channel-level, and folio-level data from every property in your Profitroom Suite account via the official Profitroom API, lands it in a corporate data warehouse we operate on your behalf, and exposes it to PowerBI, Tableau, Looker and Google Sheets through pre-joined semantic models. Instead of a property manager exporting CSVs on Friday, the CFO, head of revenue, and head of distribution query the same source of truth. Semantic models cover cost of distribution by channel and brand, net ADR after commissions and payment fees, pace against last year across the portfolio, pickup versus budget, brand-mix contribution, and segment-level rate integrity. Row-level security enforces which properties, brands, and regions each analyst can see. Sits on top of Profitroom Suite; the operational reports and the distribution dashboard continue to run in Profitroom, this is the group strategic layer above them.

Integration timeline

Pilot property live within fourteen calendar days of order-form counter-signature. Group rollout playbook signed at day sixty. Portfolio-wide deployment typically completes within four to six months for three to seven properties.

Multi-property considerations

Portfolio scoping

Your account manager and revenue office agree entities, brands, properties and the target rollout curve. The scoping memo goes to the corporate audit committee for information.

Pilot property

One nominated Profitroom Suite property runs the module under a documented change-management protocol. Historic data is validated with the property revenue team before publishing group decisions.

Portfolio inheritance

Group decisions authored during pilot are inherited by every property added to scope, with per-brand overrides preserved. The audit trail records who authored, who approved, and when.

Group rollout

One property per fortnight is the typical cadence. The operator console tracks each go-live milestone. Your named account manager stays engaged through the last property.
