Rate Intelligence Engine for Profitroom Suite

What this module governs

Rate Intelligence Engine is a portfolio-scale extension for hotel groups running Profitroom Suite. It reads the full booking history, demand curves, compression signals, and event calendars from every property connected to your central account via the official Profitroom API, then aggregates them into a group revenue view a corporate revenue office can actually work with. Instead of one revenue manager per property re-doing spreadsheets, the corporate office publishes an approved decision matrix — target ADR band, compression thresholds, minimum length of stay, brand-specific ceilings — and every property inherits it automatically, with per-brand overrides and per-property exception windows. Approved rate decisions are pushed back into each Profitroom Booking Engine through the same API, with an audit log the revenue director can defend to ownership. Sits on top of Profitroom Suite, does not replace the Rate Manager. Pilot pricing includes onboarding for the first three properties and a dedicated revenue advisor for the first sixty days.

Enterprise fit

  • Group revenue office authors one decision matrix, every property inherits it
  • Per-brand ceilings and per-property exception windows without breaking group governance
  • Full audit log of every rate push, signed and defendable to ownership

SLA

Ninety-nine point nine per cent availability, credit-backed. Two-business-day response on Group envelope; same-day on Enterprise. Monthly uptime report published to the operator console.

Integration timeline

Multi-property considerations

Portfolio scoping

Your account manager and revenue office agree entities, brands, properties and the target rollout curve. The scoping memo goes to the corporate audit committee for information.

Pilot property

One nominated Profitroom Suite property runs the module under a documented change-management protocol. Historic data is validated with the property revenue team before publishing group decisions.

Portfolio inheritance

Group decisions authored during pilot are inherited by every property added to scope, with per-brand overrides preserved. The audit trail records who authored, who approved, and when.

Group rollout

One property per fortnight is the typical cadence. The operator console tracks each go-live milestone. Your named account manager stays engaged through the last property.
