Omnichannel Guest Experience Hub for Profitroom Suite

What this module governs

The Omnichannel Guest Experience Hub is a group-level messaging orchestration layer that sits on top of Profitroom Guest Communications through the official Profitroom API. Every guest profile in Profitroom is mirrored as a unified thread that spans WhatsApp Business Cloud API, transactional email, in-app messages and SMS fallback. The corporate guest-experience office defines message playbooks once — pre-arrival identification, arrival preferences, in-stay service recovery, post-checkout NPS — and each property inherits them with regional language variants and per-brand voice. Property teams see only the conversations that belong to them; district managers get a portfolio inbox with NPS trend, response-time SLA compliance, and service-recovery escalations across the entire group. Guest data stays where it belongs — in Profitroom Guest Communications — the hub is only the delivery and orchestration surface. Ideal for hotel groups where each property currently runs a separate messaging tool with no group visibility.

SLA

Ninety-nine point nine per cent availability, credit-backed. Two-business-day response on Group envelope; same-day on Enterprise. Monthly uptime report published to the operator console.

Integration timeline

Pilot property live within fourteen calendar days of order-form counter-signature. Group rollout playbook signed at day sixty. Portfolio-wide deployment typically completes within four to six months for three to seven properties.

Multi-property considerations

Portfolio scoping

Your account manager and revenue office agree entities, brands, properties and the target rollout curve. The scoping memo goes to the corporate audit committee for information.

Pilot property

One nominated Profitroom Suite property runs the module under a documented change-management protocol. Historic data is validated with the property revenue team before publishing group decisions.

Portfolio inheritance

Group decisions authored during pilot are inherited by every property added to scope, with per-brand overrides preserved. The audit trail records who authored, who approved, and when.

Group rollout

One property per fortnight is the typical cadence. The operator console tracks each go-live milestone. Your named account manager stays engaged through the last property.
