Operations Suite (Staff Mobile) for Profitroom Suite

What this module governs

Operations Suite is a role-aware mobile operations layer for hotel groups running Profitroom Suite. Housekeeping room status, engineering work orders, F&B service tickets and front-office arrivals are read from Profitroom via the official Profitroom API and re-emitted through a role hierarchy that mirrors the corporate directory: general managers see property rollups, heads of housekeeping see their teams across brands, room attendants see only their assigned rooms with a photo checklist per room type. Writes are pushed back to the Profitroom room grid in real time so the front desk always sees the correct picture. Corporate operations publishes standard operating procedures once — arrival readiness, deep-clean cadence, PM engineering rounds, service-recovery escalations — and every property inherits them with per-brand tolerances. Labour-hours saved and adherence to procedure are reported in the same schema as the Group Analytics connector, so the COO can defend headcount decisions at the board with real numbers.

Enterprise fit

  • Role hierarchy inherited from the corporate directory across every brand
  • Housekeeping, engineering, F&B and front-office on one device, one login

Integration timeline

Multi-property considerations

Portfolio scoping

Your account manager and revenue office agree entities, brands, properties and the target rollout curve. The scoping memo goes to the corporate audit committee for information.

Pilot property

One nominated Profitroom Suite property runs the module under a documented change-management protocol. Historic data is validated with the property revenue team before publishing group decisions.

Portfolio inheritance

Group decisions authored during pilot are inherited by every property added to scope, with per-brand overrides preserved. The audit trail records who authored, who approved, and when.

Group rollout

One property per fortnight is the typical cadence. The operator console tracks each go-live milestone. Your named account manager stays engaged through the last property.
