What this module does

Review Response Assistant integrates with your Profitroom Reviews account through the official Profitroom API. When a new review lands on Booking, Google, or TripAdvisor and shows up in Profitroom Reviews, the module drafts a reply in the guest's language, matched to your brand tone-of-voice, and puts it in a review queue. A team member approves, edits or rejects the draft in one click, and the approved reply is posted back through Profitroom Reviews to the source channel. Works on top of Profitroom Reviews, does not replace it — the review inbox stays in Profitroom.
