Enterprise Extensions Rate Intelligence Engine for Profitroom Suite
Portfolio-level rate governance: a group revenue office publishes an approved decision matrix and every Profitroom Suite property inherits it with per-brand overrides.
SAML/OIDC single sign-on for every module, provisioning from Okta or Azure AD, audit logs streamable to your SIEM — the identity plane a corporate IT department expects.
€99/mo, per property in pilot
Pilot scope is agreed with a Suite Profit account manager and confirmed on a signed order form. No credit card at checkout — the parent Sp. z o.o. is invoiced monthly in EUR.
The Corporate Identity & SSO Hub is the enterprise identity plane the head of IT will insist on before signing the Master Subscription Agreement. It connects to Okta, Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, JumpCloud and any SAML 2.0 or OIDC-compliant identity provider, and federates authentication for every Suite Profit module attached to your Profitroom Suite account. Users are provisioned automatically from the corporate directory via SCIM, deprovisioning happens the moment a leaver is offboarded, and MFA is enforced by group policy. Role-based access control is derived from directory groups, so a change of team in the corporate HRIS becomes a change of module access without a support ticket. Audit logs stream to Splunk, Datadog, and Microsoft Sentinel in real time via a dedicated pipeline. Sits on top of Profitroom Suite; guest data and PMS access continue to live behind Profitroom's own authentication, this hub owns Suite Profit identities and correlates them.
Profitroom Suite + any Suite Profit module (mandatory above 5 properties).
Ninety-nine point nine per cent availability, credit-backed. Two-business-day response on Group envelope; same-day on Enterprise. Monthly uptime report published to the operator console.
Pilot property live within fourteen calendar days of order-form counter-signature. Group rollout playbook signed at day sixty. Portfolio-wide deployment typically completes within four to six months for three to seven properties.
Your account manager and revenue office agree entities, brands, properties and the target rollout curve. The scoping memo goes to the corporate audit committee for information.
One nominated Profitroom Suite property runs the module under a documented change-management protocol. Historic data is validated with the property revenue team before publishing group decisions.
Group decisions authored during pilot are inherited by every property added to scope, with per-brand overrides preserved. The audit trail records who authored, who approved, and when.
One property per fortnight is the typical cadence. The operator console tracks each go-live milestone. Your named account manager stays engaged through the last property.
