Distribution Command Centre for Profitroom Suite

What this module governs

The Distribution Command Centre is the group distribution office in software form. It reads rates and inventory from every property in your Profitroom Suite account via the official Profitroom API, monitors parity across Booking, Expedia, Hotelbeds, and metasearch surfaces, powers both Google Hotels Free Booking Links and Google Hotel Ads, and enforces a portfolio-level net-ADR floor set by the head of distribution. Parity breaches trigger structured alerts with the offending channel, the offending property, and the offending shopping window pre-identified. Google Hotels reservations flow back into each Profitroom Suite instance as native bookings through the same API. Sits above Profitroom Channel Manager as a group governance layer — the property channels continue to work in Profitroom, this console orchestrates them at portfolio scale and reports back to distribution leadership on channel P&L, commission drag, and share of the direct channel.

Multi-property considerations

Portfolio scoping

Your account manager and revenue office agree entities, brands, properties and the target rollout curve. The scoping memo goes to the corporate audit committee for information.

Pilot property

One nominated Profitroom Suite property runs the module under a documented change-management protocol. Historic data is validated with the property revenue team before publishing group decisions.

Portfolio inheritance

Group decisions authored during pilot are inherited by every property added to scope, with per-brand overrides preserved. The audit trail records who authored, who approved, and when.

Group rollout

One property per fortnight is the typical cadence. The operator console tracks each go-live milestone. Your named account manager stays engaged through the last property.
