Multi-Property Command Centre for Profitroom Suite

What this module governs

The Multi-Property Command Centre is a portfolio-governance console for hotel groups running Profitroom Suite. Master rate matrices, master minimum length-of-stay calendars, master closed-to-arrival windows, master package templates, and master promo-code hierarchies are authored once at group level and published to every Profitroom Booking Engine in the portfolio through the official Profitroom API. Per-brand multipliers, per-property offsets, and dated overrides are preserved and version-controlled. When a corporate revenue office decides that all city-centre properties add ten euros for Formula 1 weekend, one edit propagates to every affected property and the change lands in each Profitroom Suite instance within minutes. A full audit trail, signed pushes, and one-click revert to any prior version are standard. Each property keeps its own Profitroom login, its own local reports, its own local user permissions — the Command Centre only owns the group decisions.

Multi-property considerations

Portfolio scoping

Your account manager and revenue office agree entities, brands, properties and the target rollout curve. The scoping memo goes to the corporate audit committee for information.

Pilot property

One nominated Profitroom Suite property runs the module under a documented change-management protocol. Historic data is validated with the property revenue team before publishing group decisions.

Portfolio inheritance

Group decisions authored during pilot are inherited by every property added to scope, with per-brand overrides preserved. The audit trail records who authored, who approved, and when.

Group rollout

One property per fortnight is the typical cadence. The operator console tracks each go-live milestone. Your named account manager stays engaged through the last property.
